ESC Portal - My Approvals doesn't show RITMs waiting to be approved

In the ESC Portal, My approvals is under My Tasks. We are seeing approvals for other requested items in sysapproval_approver table, but the RITM ones are not showing up under My Tasks. I'm looking in the To-dos Configuration but can't figure it out. Help!

@Kayla Battistel On your To-dos Configuration the To-Dos Widget Mapping conditions could be the reason why the RITM Approval records are not showing up.

Thank you for your reply. I don't see anything that would be excluding the sc_req_item from the results. Here is our criteria:
