Filter options My request page

Hello,

 

On the My requests page (esc?id=my_requests), the filter options are limited to Open requests/Closed requests and Search open requests.

 

Is there perhaps something on the roadmap - or already the November store update 🙂 - to expand these filter options? For example having a filter for the Ticket type, like if it's a incident/request/etc..

I also have the same requirement to add the filter Open Incidents,Closed Incidents??How can we achieve?

hi, Mark,

 

I think there is no Widget Option to configure "My Requests" portal widget to get what you want to do without customize that widget.

I would recommend to use "Data Table" widget to give a full Filter options and more flexibility to configure what kind of type of tickets you want to support on the portal, and ACL applied already too.

Hi Mark,

Did you get any solution for this requirement, if we can do it with cloning the MyRequest widget  or any other solution keeping the same widget and not creating a simple list(as there are many post for this workaround) ?
We have tried cloning and customizing the code, but still struggling to add filter for "Open incident" and "Close incidents" and make it work.

Any comments from you will be helpful.
