Fulfillers loose all the required roles and backend access for one day

We have added users to required groups and provided required roles to groups which is best practice for ServiceNow.
But we have an integration with AD for group management and thus group management is done in AD and then synced to ServiceNow. Recently this has came to our notice that few users are loosing their access overnight and then next day everything is back to normal without us taking any action.
We checked update was made by "system" and thus assuming done by integration , just wanted to check if anyone else is facing this issue or just us.

@Shubham Gupta5 This must be coming through integration. I suggest you to add appropriate logs to substantiate this further.
