Guided Self-Service is blank in the Portal

Hello all,

 

the guided self-service is now blank / not triggering the flow in the Portal:

It was working well before that.

Anybody has an idea why it's not working now?

thanks for the article- but this one refers to the guided tour. My issue is with guided self-service.

Do you also have an article on that?

Can you please check if required plugins are installed and pre-requisites are met. Go to System Definition -> Plugins and update the related plugins for the module and try again.

Hi @Bhuvan  ,

 

yes, I have installed all the required plug-ins.

The guided self-service was working fine and then a few seconds later, I only see the blank page.
