Guided Tour not launched for few users

Hi Team,
We’ve noticed that the Guided Tour for the HR Workspace, which was previously functioning correctly, has suddenly stopped launching for a few users. Could you help us identify the possible causes for this issue?
Additionally, if a user dismisses the tour by selecting “Don’t show again,” is there a way to trigger or reset the tour so it prompts them again?

Hi @preethigovi,
then remove the first condition, keep just "User = Preethi" on the same table and then unfilter away everything that is not true or false and then go one by one what remains there and most likely it will be contradiction between your user value and the system one...
Eventually try to inspect these values:
(there shall be reflected in the User preferences as well but perhaps it easier to search)
