Instance Running Slow

I am experiencing a noticeable slowdown of the instance, especially when impersonating an end user and then ending the impersonation. The entire instance is also slow. I need help to understand and fix these performance issues.

It will be great if anyone could help with the issue.

There are 2 custom BR on before query causing issues, I am trying to improve them
