Hide button in SOW List, Incident record

Hi, 

 

When I open Incident record from SOW list menu, I'm having few buttons, in that I need to hide a change request button. how can I hide that button, I have tried to hide from UI actions its not hiding. Is there any other way that I can do. Can anyone guide me on this.

Hi,

You can follow below steps:

1. Search for 'UX form action. in left navigation.

2. Open the 'Ux Form Actions' List by clicing on module and apply filter to find your Action.

3. Open the record and deactivate the action. To deactivate this action you should be in correct application scope. Or click on 'here' link to switch and deactivate action.

This action is in 'Incident Management - Service Operations Workspace application' application scope. Make sure to select this application and create update set in the correct scope.
