Hide Chat bot from Employee Center Pro - HR

Hey SN Comm Team,

I was wondering if anyone could help me remove the chat bot the sits at the bottom of the page:

Is there a place I can easily do this? I believe our IT department is moving forward with the chat bot, however HR is not there yet (even though we are updating to the EC and they are not yet).

I am not sure if this has appeared due to IT testing OR when I turned on all the plugins for EC --> EC Pro.

If someone can assist that would be great!

Hi,

You can deactivate that for now using the Service Portal > Agent Chat and then setting the "active" field to false for the respective portal/chat record.
