How do you direct end users to Service Portal/Employee Center

Hey everyone,

We use Service Portal currently. We have a Group Policy that adds a desktop shortcut to users computers to the portal URL. We've slightly rebranded and internal marketing created a logo for the icon.

I'm curious, what others do in this space. Should we go back to simply calling it "ServiceNow" and use the standard ServiceNow icon, or make a new logo, and name like "IT Help" or " IT Portal".

Our goal is to move to Employee Center eventually, and there will be a non-IT component at that point.

Any insight into what others are doing will be helpful and appreciated!

Hi @brentrarick ,

we just did the shift and still calling it “service portal”. I know other companies are rebranding it- but in general it’s up to your organization.

If my answer has helped with your question, please mark my answer as the accepted solution and give a thumbs up.
