How to provide visual guidance for users when entering requests/incidents

Hello,

I saw this visual in a ServiceNow demo and would like to know how to do this on the portal.
Can I do this on scoped applications such as CSM or HRSD?

do you have a link for the demo? As far as I know, the stepper is only available in workspace.
