How to Add a customised Standard Ticket Conversations to a customised Standard Ticket Tab

Hi All,

 

The Ticket Configuration for incident can only have 1 entry for activity. I am trying to add a  customised Standard Ticket Conversations widget to a customised Standard Ticket Tab widget but I always see 2 entries for Activity 

 

<sp-widget widget= "tab.widget" page="{table:data.table, sys_id:data.sys_id}"></sp-widget>

<widget= "custwidg"></widget>

 

I would like to maintain all tabs added for incidents and just replace the Activity widget.

 

Can someone guide me how to achieve this please.
