Is there a way of finding what customisations have occurred in Employee Centre? I have a task to do this and have no idea where to start! We are on Xanadu.

hi @Lisa22 - this is very tedious and time consuming task, i would suggest you to get a pdi on same release as your client env. Then you can compare the functionalities from frontend, identifying the difference. Please involve developers so they can help in understanding if its a customization or configuration.
Example - on clicking My Active Items widget- which page is getting opened, if not same, please check - is this new custom page or any widget was modified to achieve the current functionality.

Hi,
If I have to see what all customization exists on esc portal I would start with below:
- Go to the portal homepage and side by side open ESC portal on PDI . Both should be on the same release.
- Then on the customized portal homepage ctrl + righclick and click on widget customization. If a widget is in Green then no customization has been done on that.
- Later I would check the functionality or some CSS on what has been changed.
If you feel this was helpful, please consider giving thumbs up and if it solved your issue, please mark this correct.
Thanks
