Hello,
We want to set up Agent Chat on our ServiceNow instance, which works pretty well OOTB.
How do you configure the search sources for the Agent Chat, so that if, for example, we wanted to add a custom topic to the agent chat so that a user can search another instance of ServiceNow? We already have the search source configured for the normal search on the Employee Service Centre but we want these results to also feed into the chat.
I think we just need to add a new topic, but not sure where to add this:
