How to add a Pool for EC?

Hi!

I'd like to add a temporary pool as a "pop up" for Employee Center main page OR at the top of the page (same place where "announcements" are shown).

 

My questions are:

 

1. Is it possible? / Which option is possible?

 

2. If so - where should I look in, in the back end? For which release is this option available? (ex. Xanadu or earlier?)

 

3. If it's not possible, what other options are there for pools? 

I saw Live Feed's pool option for Xanadu, but I understand Live feed is only available for cases (not for the main EC page)?

Hello MonikaF,
That is an interesting question. Based on my knowledge it is only available for customers with Employee Center Pro license.
