Hello @dianachiriloiu,
I understand the issue you're facing. It appears that you've reached the maximum limit for requesting new lab instances due to having multiple instances in progress. To address this, kindly review the list below, which includes all your active lab instances from various ongoing courses. To continue, please consider terminating one or two instances that correspond to courses you are currently not focusing on. you will have terminate instance option in that lists of instances. This will allow you to free up resources and proceed with your desired lab activities effectively. If you have any questions or need further assistance, feel free to ask.
Let me know your views on this and Mark ✅Correct if this solves your query and also mark 👍Helpful if you find my response worthy based on the impact.
Thanks,
Aniket

I am able to request an instance from there, but I do not see the 2 instances that were activated while doing admin fundamentals training and welcome to servicenow. Now if I go to do the professional admin training from the career path, I cannot request a lab instance. I really don't know how to unblock that.
This is what I see in my profile:
And when starting the course, I see this:
Please help!

Hi @dianachiriloiu ,
Those instances u won't be able to see in ur PDI profile. Those are specific to training courses. It has an auto expiry of 14 days. So u don't need to worry about it.if u have completed ur training u can proceed with next or just move on. If u want u can request for an extension of that lab instance.
Thanks,
Danish

Also as per the screenshot attached it seems u have initiated multiple trainings n for all those trainings there is a different lab instance running.
Can u open any of ur previous ongoing or recently completed trainings. There u should be able to see the lab instance. There u will get an option to terminate
Thanks,
Danish
