How to auto hide Support Resources widget on Topic template, when no connected items are linked to

Hi,

I'm looking for a way, how I can hide the Support resources widget on the default topic template page when there are no connected items linked to it. Anyone have some ideas how to do this? I have seen some companies have managed that.

Hi Dan, I agree with you for this specific question. However, would templates work when you want to show widget dynamically based on if current topic does not have child topics?

Hi Dan, ServiceNow force customers to have at least one connected item to the topic page. Otherwise the topic page wont be visible on the navigation. Even if the person meets the audience criteria to the rich contentpublishing on that particular page. Ive mention this several times to Pooja as this is in my opinion a design bug.
