How to avoid auto download of font file in servicenow after the page has been timed out

I have used font file in the portal theme for employee center. The font file is getting downloaded everytime after logging in when the page has been timed out.

I faced this issue before, and to solve it instead of attaching the font I used the solution shown in this article: (option 1)
