how to check on my instance if there is any chat setup done to talk to live agent?

You can go to below link and check if there any agent chat has been configured and for which portal.

@bubuprasadswain it opened service portal agent chat configurations and shows 2 records . But is it configured for live agent and working how do I check?

You can explore the 'Conversational Interfaces' application for chat related configuration.
Conversational Interfaces -> Settings -> check for Agent Chat.

@bubuprasadswain It is activated means its in place right?
and also can you tell me what is live agent connections I don't see any record there
