ESC: Knowledge article approval task does not appear in approvals widget

I create a knowledge base article, submit and publish it.
The Publish workflow is 'Knowledge - Approval Publish'.
Approval task is triggered, but when the knowledge base owner logs into their ESC, they do not see the approval task in their My tasks/Todo list:
Can someone please advise me how to fix this, where to find the issue? Thank you

@Linda6 , you need to configure "To-Do Configurations" for Open and Completed Approvals.
