Hi @Amit Kishore ,
Hope you are doing great
To achieve this, you can follow the steps outlined below:
- Navigate to the Service Portal Configuration module & open Employee Center Pro portal for customization.
- Within the portal settings, navigate to the "Pages" section, Open the page for editing.
- In the page editor, identify the appropriate section where the knowledge articles should be displayed. This may vary depending on your portal's layout and design.
- Within that section, add a new widget to display the knowledge articles. You can choose from available widgets or create a custom one.
- Configure the widget settings to retrieve and display the knowledge articles in the desired format.
- Specify any additional criteria or filters if required, such as specific categories or keywords.
- Save the changes made to the page.
Regards,
Riya Verma

Hi @Amit Kishore ,
Go to 'Portals', open ESC entry and under related list 'Knowledge Bases' select newly created one :
Might be worth also checking you have connected some KB Categories to topics. While you can manually navigate to the KB's by using a URL or if you have a browse Quick Link on your ESC, with connecting to Topics articles won't appear in widgets or AI search

When i go to the 'Portals', open ESC entry, and under the related list 'Knowledge Bases' I don't see any button for "New" / "Edit"
I do have admin right in my client instance.
