How to configure Search results in Employee center

I want to have additional EC searches configured in regards to the sources, so that I receive search results that I expect when using them.

This implies configuring search sources for the following:
- 'Search tickets' search in 'My Incidents' (to show users' incidents)
- 'Search requests' search in 'My Requests' (to show users' requests)
- 'Search knowledge, catalog, items' search in 'My Services' (to show users' services)
- 'Search ' search in 'My Cost Center Services' (to show users' cost center services)

Hi @Veera2 ,

Are these all independant typehead Search boxes you have added to these pages or?

 

Search sources for ESC are configured in the portal record itself. These appear in the related list Search Sources.

Alternatively if you are using AI search, new fields are available in the portal record to configure how you want search to work.

 

However if you have created independent search widgets on these pages, you need to setup the search sources and contexts in the platform, to then tie into the widgets directly through the typehead widget options
