How to configure the Genuis Result Feedback Reasons?

Hi All,

We have recently upgraded our Employee Service Center to Employee Center Pro and the instance version is Rome. Also we have enabled AI search in our instance. With the pre-configured AI Search, the Genius Result will display the top results for search queries and there is a feedback option called "Was this suggestion helpful? Yes | No". When we click on "No" it will display the feedback options(refer the screenshot below). 

Can someone suggest, where and how can we configure those feedback options(basically those special characters needs to be removed) ?
