How to customize the search suggestion in ESC Homepage

Hello,

Any one having an idea on customizing the search suggestion in ESC Homepage?

If we search anything in the search bar it should suggest only Request items and Knowledge Articles but it is showing Users how to restrict the users in suggestions

It is suggested User, Knowledge, and Requested Items.

Is it possible to restrict the users in search suggestion and can we give priority to the Requested Items and then Articles
