How to disable "Enable Analytics" in ServiceNow portal?

Hi everyone,

 

We recently upgraded our instance to Washington and I noticed the "Enable Analytics" functionality in portal.

Can someone please teach me how to remove this? thanks!

Hi @Byron Plant,

 

Do you want to disable the analytics functionality completely or just remove the option for users to enable/disable the analytics tracking?

If it's the latter, not sure if you want to do that as it may cause some issues regarding privacy policies in some countries.

 

Also, I believe this toggle is available on the mobile app as well.

The "Enable Analytics" Button is automatically removed in Service Portal / Employee Center when you set the glide property "glide.analytics.enabled" to false.

You can do that under "All > User Experience Analytics > Properties"
