How to display alert popup before submit when the catalog item is ordered on employee center

Hello,
I want to display an alert message when the catalog item is ordered from the employee center or service portal. And the pop up should be visible before the form gets submited. These functionlity work when we write a On Submit catalog client script for a individual catalog item. I want a single method that could display the popup when the "Order now" button is clicked instead of writing multiple catalog client scripts.
