How to enable Now Assist Self-Service in ESC?

Saw this feature in the May Release of ESC, I have upgraded to the latest ESC, but receives error 

" Now Assist Self-Service is not enabled for this portal! "

 

The instance has Now Assist license enabled, and it works perfectly in sidebar.

If Virtual Agent is configured for this portal, you can enable Now Assist self service for this portal.

 

  1. You can go to Conversational interfaces > Assistants.
  2. Choose an assistant with Now Assist capabilities (e.g., Now Assist Q&A or Now Assist Topics, etc) enabled.
  3. If Now Assist skills are not added to any of the assistants already, you can add them under 'Now Assist Skill' after open the assistant where it is needed.
  4. Under Display Experience, you can add the ESC portal.
  5. Ensure the changes are saved.
