How to get the related list of a record to esc portal Tickets page

Hi Team,

I have a requirement to show the related list of ritm in the tickets page of ESC portal. Is there any OOb widgets that can be used or any suggestions for achieving this.

@Roshini If your purpose is to show related list, in the URL change id=ticket to id=form.

Related list is not available on tickets page, you will have to create a custom widget for that or configure an OOB widget like "data with instance URL" to show the related lists.

If you want to show records in form view instead of ticket view, you will have to create appropriate "Page Route Maps".
