How to hide this reflecting message while using service now, kindly help.

Hi , it looks like a tool tip, right click on the field name and select configure label. Check if there's any statement written in Hint

If not, then check if this is coming via SN Utils or not .

Put your server to the state field and right click there, you will get the options.

Did you check the field label? if it's tool tip or hint etc
