How to Redirect Non-SSO Users to Employee Center Portal Instead of Native UI?

Hi Community,

 

We have two types of users accessing our Service Portal:

  • SSO Users (with our organization's email and O365 account): These users are redirected directly to the Employee Center Portal upon login.
  • Non-SSO Users (local accounts without O365 access): These users log in through a different route and are taken to the native UI/Agent Workspace homepage by default.

Currently, non-SSO users have to manually navigate through the application menu (e.g., All > Employee Center) to reach the portal.

Our goal is to ensure that both SSO and non-SSO users are automatically directed to the Employee Center Portal upon login, providing a consistent and seamless user experience.

 

Question:
What configuration or customization is needed to redirect non-SSO users to the Employee Center Portal after login instead of the native UI?

 

Any guidance or best practices would be greatly appreciated.

My  non-SSO user have 2 roles - document mgt user and approver user
