How to remove 'Urgency' field in My Request in service portal

 

Please suggest any one have idea for this requirement and I could you not find which widgets it's related to.

 

I have attached screenshot for this. please refer and suggest.

Hello @ Ashok - 

You would need to do that from the Standard Ticket Configuration settings.

Selection Incident record --> And open the Locked field "Info Fields" --> remove "Urgency"

Update the record, and refresh your portal page.

 

Before removal:
