What do you mean 'visible in top of form'? That tab is a related list, not part of your form. If you want it somewhere else, you will need to adjust your form and make sure you get those fields as part of your incident form. What's the business case to do this?

Thanks for response.

My customer requirement was when ever SLA attached in incident form task SLA's related list right that task SLA should be displayed incident top not in form bottom.

You can only do that by creating your own form (or adjusting the current one) to get all the data from the related record to show on your form. That will be a hassle and will cause confusion when multiple sla's are active on the same record. It's not a field on the incident table, it's a complete related table. You can't show a related list on the top, except in the workspace, where the tabs are next to each other on the top. Still not on the same form, but you could check out what you can do with the side panel on a workspace.

Try to find out what exactly you customer is trying to resolve with this requirement. They must have a reason for it. Maybe it's enough to just show the breach time, or time left as fields on the form?

Hi @ashok17 ,

The name of the list is Task SLA->Task. Should be easy enough to find on the left as it's the only one (I see) that says Task SLA.
