Hi All,
Currently Our customer instance in Yokohama Patch0 version, in HR agent workspace we are observing one issue like
when triggered any notification or tigered any compose mail its not showing in activity section but notification or compose email triggered and available in emails log. Below screenshot as reference. Please assist.

HI @abirakundu23 ,
It's a known issue Post Xanadu Release unfortunately!! Even i faced it and it's not fixed yet. This was problem raised in Vancouver as well and it was tracked under " After Vancouver upgrade, emails are being sent but remain in the Outbox - Known Error" KB , but that solution doesn't work .
This has already been raised with ServiceNow and but there is no fix yet. It's a product Bug.
You can raise a Support case with ServiceNow.
