Journey Header is not visible on portal for users with same role in Manager hub

As a Manager if we add the sn_jny_admin/read/write role journey header is not visible to the user, Checked is there any dependencies but there are not.

 

Kindly anyone suggest on what other basis the journey visible to the user. PFA for reference.

It will be visble if the User is part of Journey as Manager/Mentor/Owner/Employee
