Journey page is not loading only for mentor and opened for person but it is visible for employee (HRSD).
It is throwing us the above attached error. Anyone please help to find the solution?

Firstly,make sue if the Mentor has Modifier [sn_jny.writer] role.
Secondly, By default, mentors on a journey will only have access to the stages and tasks created from Journey Accelerator and not from the lifecycle event stages and tasks. However, if you wish to give the mentor access to view the stages/ tasks coming from the lifecycle event, you can modify the available ACLs and restrict query business rule:
