List & Form Page

Hi All,

When we click on the Related list from a Portal form it loads the list and form view of the Related List, but it is not loading the List in our Instance. & also form is empty (even though we have records in the related list). Please see the image below

Any Suggestions/ Solution Would be Helpful.

@Mohammad Amin check portal page of that what conditions were used.
