Manager Hub not showing on the portal

Hi,

I have installed manager hub plugin. I ran the scheduled job and also ran the RCA fix script. Now when I am impersonating a manager I do not see the Your Team option in the employee center portal, so I am not able to access manager hub.

Have I missed something. I see the user has manager hub user role so it should be visible.

Hello, I'm having the same issue with Employee Center Pro. Manager Hub, Org Chart and New Center aren't displaying in the Employee Center Menu in EC Portal. Only the Mega Menu and Get Support.

If I go direct to the page URLs I can view the Manager Hub, Org Chart and New Center pages, so I know they're live and working but their links in Employee Center Menu are hidden.

I tried changing the theme from EC Theme to ESC Theme and the Employee Center Menu displays properly in that theme, but not the Mega Menu. It seems like I'm missing something obvious but can't put my finger on it.

Not sure what is blocking them displaying but sounds like the same problem and hope someone here has a solution.

Can you please check the advanced portal navigation and sync hierarchy? Also please verify that Your Team and News Center are in active state.
