My catalog item is not showing questions in the employee center, but it is in the service catalog

I created a catalog item with associated variables/questions using the catalog builder. When I tested the item in the Service Catalog, it worked fine, but when I did the same testing in the employee center, I noticed that the item variables/questions were not showing, and it was just a blank form. Is there any workaround for this?

I went through the KB, and all variables have the property checked; I tried unchecking them to see the difference, but it would not show on the service catalog or the EC portal (instead of only being visible on the Service Catalog with the property checked).

Can you check your browser console for errors upon loading the page on ESC? This KB article mentions that a corrupted UI policy was causing errors in the browser console due to a field issue.

Verify article provide by Zack. In addition to that check Assigned Topics related list and if your Catalog Item or Record producer name is not available then please add your catalog item there.
