Hi,
After installing to the latest Content plugins (content experience, publish, employee center pro etc.), i somehow dont get the new Rich content edit working in Content library. Are others as well facing the same issue?
This new feature have been released last friday.

Hi @Alex87,
Looking at the issue there are a couple of things that could contribute to it:
- Cache. I assume you've already done it but try to clear cache and see if that helps
- Dependencies. This new version of Content Publishing (27.0.3) that includes the Rich Content Editor depends on "Employee Experience Foundation" 26.0.3. Can you check if that's the version that you have in your instance/s?
In case this doesn't help, it would be great if you could raise a Case with ServiceNow support so we could look deeper into the issue.

Hi Rafa,
Plugins are to the latest versions and cache was cleared. All with not results. We are facing similar issue on multiple instances. Any others are facing similar issue?

Solved. Thank you for your reply. After reinstalling the content plugging, triple times clearing cache on several browsers.. it is now working. Thank you for your support on this!
