Non Admin user unable to search catelog items on esc portal

Hi,

On esc portal, When I try to search Catelog items with admin user. I am able to see them in search. but When I am searching with non-admin user, I am unable to see Catelog items on search but somehow I can see them If I put there URL directly on browser. I want to know how to find the ACL's used for searching on esc portal in AI search

  1. Confirm on your service portal record that the AI Search's "Search Application" is populated
  2. Open the Search Application record and then navigate to the "Search Profile" record

  3. Confirm you have Search Sources selected and more specifically, one related to catalogs

  4. Open the actual Search Source record, and as admin, you should see if any records match the conditions defined.  You can select the preview to confirm your catalog item shows up there.

  5. Confirm the Catalog Item table is indexed (Navigate to AI Search > Indexed Sources)
