Non mandatory question is still mandatory in the the form

Hello
I have an interesting issue. I have set this variable to non mandatory (it was configured as mandatory in the beginning).
However, it still looks mandatory.
There is no client script. I have only 4 UI catalog policies. However, mandatory field is leave alone or false.
What should I do to make it non mandatory?

Hi @AysenurU,
Do you have any UI Policies that have the 'Reverse if false' as TRUE?
Another approach is to deactivate all the UI Policies and see if that sets the variable to be non-mandatory.
If so, the variable is being set to mandatory from one of the UI Policy and you can activate one at a time to see which one it is.

After setting one of the ui catalog policies from false to leave alone , I was able to fix the issue. Yet, this seemed to me quite weird. 😑
