Hi All,
I am trying the steps mentioned in the documentation: https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/utah-employee-service-management/page/product/employee-center/tas...
Even with admin privileges, I'm not getting "New" action is not available In the Menu Items related list to add new menu items on header menu of Employee center as per below screenshot.
Not able to add menu item under more menu as well, refer the below screenshot
What am I missing here, please help.

Hi @sagar_basu , As this record is in Employee center Scope. Can you please change the application scope from the platform to the Employee center. Then navigate to this Employee center menu. You would be able to see the new button.
I am attaching the screenshot as well for changing the scope.
