Not able to see the Approve reject button on the My task page on the portal for HR case Approvals.

Hi,

I'm facing an issue with the "My Task" page on the portal where the "Approve/Reject" button is missing for HR case approvals. I've thoroughly reviewed all ACLs, widgets, and RCA, All the widgets are same as OOTB, with no custom RCA created. Additionally, there are no "Read Only" settings applied to the "State" field. Could someone please advise on troubleshooting steps and where to locate the problem?

Hi,

Yes check your ACL's against a PDI particularly sysapproval_approver.state there should be one with the script - 

answer = gs.hasRole('approval_admin') || (new ApprovalDelegationUtil().isMyApproval(current));

but I would check all the ACLs for sysapproval_approver against a PDI.

Also the approver has to either be a fulfiller or have approver_user role or business stakeholder.

The user may be missing sufficient role that must be the reason.
