Notification for Expiring Articles when valid_to is Passed is not working.

If I am giving some condition to restrict Knowledge Base in 'KM: Article Expiry Warning' notification it is not working but without any condition it is getting triggered.
Can anyone please help.

Is this out of the box? Traditionally you just update the condition builder with a relative query... Aomething along the lines of,

Yes, it is OOB but it is not working with conditions
