Did you check to see if all your plugins and apps are updated to the latest version as well? That resolved it on my side.

Have you checked if the Employee center plugin is updated to latest version?

Just in case anyone runs into a similar issue.

We experienced this issue in one of our non-prods, but all the others were fine.

We raised a HI ticket and it was an out of date widget.

We were using a 2023 widget in one and the 2024 in all the others.

The widget name was Faceted Search.
