Outdated knowledge Articles are visible to end user, when there are updated versions of the same.

Hi All,

For few of the knowledge articles, the frontend and backend content is completely different.

The content displayed is outdated version and no clue why that is still showing up to the end user.

Kindly let me know what could be possible solution for this, as its business critical requirement.

The published version is different, and the article visible to end user from the portal view is different.

Thanks,

Sangeetha

Sounds like they have a permlink or you have "Show version information" enabled under your kb widget instance.

If you don't want the outdated versions to show, you can check "Redirect to the latest article" and uncheck "Show version information" in the kb widget instance.
