I have read all the possible documentations shared about the Performance Analytics and Domain Separation, yet I am still failing in get PA deployed as we are struggling with the domain separated scenario. Does anyone have some valuables tips to help me out?
An overview of my case:
- All the customers' domains are children of the MSP (there are more than 100 domains so we need an automated/easy solution to maintain).
- Our challenge is to make the data visible to stakeholders in the MSP domain.
- PA is working fine in the global scope.
- When I run the data collector as a user of the MSP domain, it collects way much less data then running in global. For the same period of time, in global it collects 50,000 record and in MSP collects 500.
- If I run the job in global, the stakeholders in MSP don't see the data, if I run the data collector as a MSP user, they see the data but it doesn't show data for all the child customer domains.
Not sure if we are missing any configuration in our domain, or we should be collecting data with other configurations. I've ran multiple tests and all unsuccessful.
