Popular items not showing on the employee centre portal

Hi All, 

 

Need assistance on employee center portal. 

As i'm unable to to see the data in the popular item in the service catalogs. 

 

When i validate in PDI that data is coming as expected but in my org instance its not showing any data. 

Any suggestion will be helpful.

Hi @Ankur Bawiskar 

 

This is not sorted yet. Raised a HI case and following up with the team. 

Only the Dev instance have the issue other instances are working fine. 

 

The case is still in progress.
