Portal showing "request" on all items

Hello,
Can anyone assist me regarding the fact that all ticket icons show request even when they are an incident.
Any help would be amazing as its confusing people when raising tickets.

@Michael Bowditc The items shown on the topic content widget are based on the content type of the connected content. Out of the box we ship content type as Knowledge / Catalog / Learning (If plugin installed).
All the catalog items are treated as requests. You can see the same in "Filter by" also. If you have configured a new content type of incident then you'll have to tweak some code for it to be visible.

did you find a solution to not to show incidents as requests in the portal please ?
