On a Topic Page within Employee Center, I'd like a Quick Link to display a document in a viewer. Specifically, on the Benefits Topic, I want to have a 'Quick Link' that opens up a 'Benefits Monthly Newsletter' in a viewer.
Any hints?

1. Create a new KB Article and add the pdf document as an attachment. Make sure on the KB article you click display attachments.
2. Publish the article
3. Open the KB from the Employee Center, click on the attachment link. This will open up the attachment in a document viewer.
4. Copy the URL.
5. Create a new quick link, external url, paste in the URL that you previously copied.
Alternatively, instead of attaching a PDF to the KB article, just create an article with the content in the HTML field. Then have the quick link just open up the KB article.
