Quick messages for feedback task

Hi Team,

 

I have requirement where i need to enable quick messages for the feedback task, can anyone have idea how to enable quick messages. 
Please let me know thanks in advance.

Hi @dev_S 

 

1. Go to the All 

2. System Definitions > Dictionary

3. Search the Table field "kb_feedback_task" and Type "collection"

4. Open the kb_feedback_task dictionary entry and go to the Attributes tab

5. Add "Email Client" Attribute.

6. Save

 

If Email Client is already enabled, then you need to Define your Quick Message:

Role required: email_client_quick_message_author or admin

Procedure

  1. Navigate to Email Client > Quick Messages.
  2. Click New.
  3. On the form, fill in the fields.
    Now you can add the email quick message to use on the kb_feedback_task where you can use the Quick Message Templates
  4. Click Submit.
